Surprise! Disney Cruises And Seniors!

Seniors Who are Sold, Really Sold on Disney Cruises

Some seniors have gone on many Disney cruises including these seniors:

“We’re hooked on Disney cruises and are Pearl status, 26+. We love the Disney attention to every kind of detail you can think of, the adult and family entertainment, the Broadway-style shows, adult dining, crew interaction, making lifelong friends including crew, etc. We’ve cruised other lines, but always find ourselves comparing the differences. That’s not to say we won’t continue to try others, but our go-to is the Disney difference. It does cost more than the others, but you get what you pay for. We’ve been on all 5 ships and are booked on the two new ones.”

This senior has gone on a dozen Disney cruises … it seems like Disney cruises and seniors is a match:

“We have done a dozen Disney cruises including Norway/Iceland, Baltic Sea (with Scandinavian capitals), Mediterranean, Alaska. We plan to do the Transatlantic in 2026. Great vacations, great destinations. Fun to leave the luggage on board, visit a destination, come back on board at the end of the day to take a swim followed by a good meal and a great show or a movie ! The food is very good, the entertainment is great, the atmosphere is relaxed, the ship is spotless.”

Ten Disney cruises all past 60 years old for this senior:

“I have been on 10 Disney cruises, all past the age of 60, as a single adult with no children. I had tried other cruise lines but do not like to “booze and cruise” plus the Disney cruises far exceed in service, ports of call, own island not a tourist destination and Disney magic themeing. I will only cruise with Disney as my cruise line of choice. However with that said I am a “one and done” cruising on the Disney Wish as I hated the layout and lack of window views of the ocean-I felt like I was inside a BIG hotel and not cruising. My favorite vessel is the Disney Wonder and the cruises to Alaska (been 3x with DCL) and the voyage of the North Atlantic. As a person with limited mobility I can get my Disney magic and pixie dust of the parks without all the walking. I also like cruising with others that have a common like–Disney. Everyone on board is happy! You feel a connection with both crew and passengers you just met due to your love of Disney.”

And then this senior has been on a lot of Disney cruises … another match for Disney crusies and seniors:

“We have been on 35+ Disney Cruises. We love cruising and have sailed NCL, celebrity, Royal and another line that we won’t be returning to. We did daycare for our grandaughter and she usually went with us from 3 to the end of first grade. Her first grade teacher required 30 minutes a day of reading and a paragraph of journaling daily but our granddaughter wrote a couple pages on most days. Back to Seniors. my husband and I have sailed without kids/grandkids. it is still fun. the shows are awesome. For those with mobility issues, there are back ways to get to the front of the theater to avoid steps and special seating for the deck show. you just have to ask. did you know that at the bottom of the DCL web page there is a Specials link? if you are flexible, there are good deals for Florida residents and Military including retired military.”
