A Magical Disney World Seniors Trip

Day 4 – Switch To Disney’s BoardWalk Villas and Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Nancy and I switched from Disney’s Coronado Springs to Disney’s BoardWalk Villas early after her training run 🏃🏼‍♀️

Disney's BoardWalk Villas

While Disney does provide a service to move your luggage from one Walt Disney World resort to another for you at no cost, we prefer to simply take oru luggage ourselves using a LYFT or Uber.

We then walked from Disney’s BoardWalk Villas resort to Disney’s Hollywood Studios and used a rental locker.

Off to the attractions we went ….. we used both Lightning Lane Multi-Lane and Single Lane to once again try them out and report back to the members of the Disney for Seniors Facebook Group.

We proceeded to do Tower of Terror, then Rise of the Resistance (using the Lightning Lane Single Lane) followed by Slinky Dog Dash.

Toy Story Mania was next for our Lightning Lane but it was not operating when it was out time. We received a Lightning Lane Multi Pass to use on a selection from many, but not all, of other attractions at Hollywood Studios.

Other attractions we experienced were Frozen Sing-Along (so cute), Star Tours, Muppets 3-D and Minnie & Mickey’s Runsway Railway.

Breaks during our time at Disney’s Hollywood Studios included a morning coffee break, watching the Green Army Guys drum show in the morning, lunch at 50’s Prime Time Cafe, adult beverages too 🙂.

Once we returned to Disney’s BoardWalk Villas our 1 bedroom DVC unit was ready. So we started laundry 🧺 in our room.

We then strolled around Yacht and Beach Club resorts to see their Christmas decorations. For dinner at Beaches and Cream restaurant, we shared an entry and a dessert, the No Way Jose ice cream desert.

We then headed back to the BoardWalk for more laundry. 🧺

Quite a full day I’d say.
