Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge at Walt Disney World is like no other resort anywhere in North America.
Nancy and I would go there even if it was not in Disney World. It is so amazing. Where else can you see giraffs and zebras and all sorts of animals just outside of your balcony in North America?
What about Zebra Domes (themed dessert)? They are only at this resort. Where else can you swim in the resort pool and then be face to face with a flock of Flamingos?
Disney’s Animal Kingdom – Jambo House and Kidani Village
This resort does get a bad rap from some who do not like taking Disney bus transportation to the theme parks.
Yet, to be candid, we have rarely had any issue. And, it is the closest DVC resort to Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme park.
