Going to Walt Disney World by Myself – Day 4

This day, I took another Lyft from Disney’s Beach Club Resort in the early morning to my fourth and last Disney Deluxe resort; specifically, I went to Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort.

I spent morning and early afternoon at Disney’s Animal Kingdom on my own. I wanted to get there for rope drop, i.e., when the park first opens in the morning.

I rode not once but twice Killimanjaro Safaris attraction seeing lots and lots of animals including the baby giraff!

Disney World Solo

I walked along Maharajah Jungle Trek to find the baby tiger…..I was able to get a great video of him playing with a rock.….as well as pics and videos of some of the other amazing animals and particularly the birds along the way

I then celebrated a great morning so far by having a Dole Whip and a coffee.

Next, I sat in the back grandstand for the Feathered Friends in Flight and got some great video clips of some of the birds flying around.

I then had yet another great lunch at Yak & Yeti … once again with no prior dining reservation! You’ll see how I did this a second time, just to make sure my first time was not a fluke. And, my wait was much less than those who did already have a reservation for a table!

Here then is the video of my morning at Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme park as a solo adventurer:

Do You Really Know What the Duo Studio Is?

I then returned to Poly as I received the text that my Duo Studio – Resort View unit was ready.

Have you seen yet a Duo Studio? It is similar to the Tower Studio at Disney’s Riviera Resort in that there is no standard type bet in the unit….only a Murphy Bed.

If you have not seen a Duo Studio in the new Poly Tower, and are thinking of booking one for yourself, I strongly suggest you take some time to also look at this room tour because there are several aspects which may just surprise you ….. as I was surprised … and it may make you think twice before booking one for your Disney World adventure:

Disney World Solo Trip – Day 4 Continues

After completing filming the Duo Studo Room Tour at Poly, I then continued by Day 4 as a solo Disney World adventurer.

And that is where we will pick things up in a week or two….with the rest of my adventures as a solo Disney World adventurer.

While we patiently wait, here is an article full of ideas on what there is to do at Walt Disney World for adults without going into the theme or water parks!
